These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online on applianceworldonline.com site or with Appliance World Ltd.
All products sold by us are brand new and boxed. All items listed are fully guaranteed by the manufacturers. Warranty starts on the day of purchase. In addition, all appliances qualify for Appliance World's extended warranty.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without notice.
We try to provide an accurate, exact and current description of all products however; we do not warrant that ALL product descriptions are complete or error-free. All information on our website is updated regularly.
Status 'Available' means that we have no item in stock, however we can quickly order item directly from manufacturer and deliver to the customer.
Appliance World Ltd accepts cash, bank transfers, personal checks and most major credit cards.
Please be confident about ordering online, we are ISIS accredited, using SSL technology to ensure that your details are safe and information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a safe place by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen.
All credit card transactions are made through safe checkouts which offer total online security for credit card transactions. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If you prefer to order over the phone, you can call us on 0161 794 3030.The lines are open 7 days a week; Monday -Friday 9a to 6pm(Thursday to 7pm), Saturday: 10am to 5pm and Sunday: 11am to 5pm.
All E-mail enquries will be responded to with in one working day from the time that the enquiry was sent to us.
If you are looking for a specific type of appliance and don't find it in our store, let one of our salespeople know or e-mail us. We will do our best to notify you if that product arrives.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to most places in UK with in the stated price, unless specified otherwise.
Delivery is FREE to following post codes: M, BL, WA, OL, SK, WN, HO, (except of american fridge freezers).
Appliance World dispatches items within 1 day after receiving cleared payment. We only deliver to the door and it is one man delivery. Appliance World delivers by our own fleet within Greater Manchester area. All others orders are delivered by a courier company. The courier company usually likes to give a 3 hour timeslot for delivery. We only ship to the confirmed home address. Our courier company delivers to certain postcodes on certain days, however please allow up to 7 days for the item to arrive. All items are in stock, unless otherwise stated. If items are not in stock, they can take up to 10 days to be delivered, although usually much quicker. Delivery prices quoted in the listings are for UK mainland only and may vary if you live in outlying areas such as the north of Scotland or Cornwall/Devon there may be an additional charge for this.
As with all deliveries, please ensure you fully check your product for any damage immediately, ensure you do this before signing for the delivery, if the product is damaged then refuse to accept and return with the courier, once you have signed for the goods to have been received in good condition we can not accept any responsibility for damages. Appliance World do not deliver to NI and outside of the United Kingdom.

At Appliance World Ltd we are committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of our customers when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. All customers’ details are kept securely. Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be encrypted to ensure its safety. We will not pass any details to third party.
All customers’ privacy is a priority for us.
Returns & Replacements
You can cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after you received the delivery in line with the Distance selling regulations. This right does not apply to customers who transact in our showroom. To do this please email us or write to us. You must also pay the cost of returning the goods and this is non-refundable. If you are unable to return the goods yourselves, Call us on 01617943030 and one of our advisors will arrange the collection for you. If you do decide to return a product to us. You have 14 working days from the date of delivery to request a collection and your appliance must be unused and still in its original packaging and unopened.
Collection in person is available. You can contact us on 01617943030 to arrange to pay for and pick up your item. if paying over the phone you must bring your card with you when collecting the items.
There is no charge for collection. Collections are possible 7 days a week. The store and warehouses for collection are situated in Pendlebury, Manchester M27 easily accessible from the M61, M60 and M62 motorways. Appliance World Store address is: 543-547 Bolton Rd Pendlebury Manchester M27 8QT.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification, by the same method used for the purchase.
