Promotion Terms

1. 1. Customers aged 18 or over who purchase a selected CDA wine cooler through an eligible retailer between July 1st 2022 and 31st December 2022 (‘promotional period’) may claim for the Gift with Purchase. By submitting a claim, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. 2. This offer is open to residents of the UK and Isle of Man only and is available to consumers only (i.e. it excludes trade and contract sales) and is subject at all times to product availability.
3. 3. For the purposes of these terms & conditions, to qualify the purchase must:a. be made from an eligible retailer
   b. include 1 or more products from the selected range of eligible appliance
   c. be purchased on or between July 1st 2022 and 31st December 2022

5. 5. The cases of wine cannot be exchanged for an alternative option.
6. 6. Once approved, your details will be provided to Virgin Wines who will send you a selection of their favourite wines which will be delivered directly to your home at no additional cost to you.
7. 7. If you have purchased more than one eligible model you can claim more than one gift. You must be the end user of the appliances to redeem the free gift(s).
8. 8. Please note that there is no cash alternative to this promotion.
9. 9. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
10. 10. You may not submit a claim under the Promotion if you are an employee of or otherwise associated with the promoter.
11. 11. Claims relating to products not identified above or purchased outside of the ‘promotional period’ will not be accepted. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned, or display models will also not qualify.
12. 12. No Postal Claim form is available for this promotion and only online claims can be submitted.
13. 13. To claim your Gift, please visit our CDA promotions claims site at www.CDAPromotions.co.uk and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be required to upload a proof of purchase to support any online claim, failure to do so will mean that your claim will be rejected.
14. 14. All online claims, and amendments to claims must be received by the Promoter by 23:59 on December 31st, 2022. Any claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.
